Valley Boys Inc was founded on a two part pledge to our customers; first, to only promise what we can provide and second, to provide what we promise. Your complete satisfaction is always our goal. Like you, we live and take pride in our community. Which is why we donate a portion of our proceeds to the
Childrens Hospital & Medical Center,
Susan G. Komen for the Cure,
and
Paralyzed Veterans of America.
We have aligned ourselves with top insurance and real estate companies to give them an honest, green-screened, reliable, and professional roofing company to recommend. This strengthens the relationships of the policyholders, buyers, and sellers with their respective companies. We are proud members of the
Omaha Chamber of Commerce,
Better Business Bureau, and
National Roofing Contractors Association.
We are fully licensed and insured, wear uniforms and name tags, and are in every part professional. Now, let’s talk about some of the folks arriving to your house and talk about what makes us a little different. The first thing we would like to talk with you about is training. Not only do we have ongoing training, but we also belong to an international group of contractors all across the United States and Canada where we send our installers, call-takers, and our managers to national training seminars. There they are taught the very best practices when it comes to delivering world class client service, developing loyal client relationships and management systems that save you both time and money. We also perform continuous technical training unlike other companies. In our industry, technical training is not a big priority and this leads to poor installations. That’s not the case in our company. Training is one of our top priorities, because our clients are a top priority.
All of our employees carry the Tech Seal of Safety. This seal means that they have gone through national training seminars, and they have been drug tested and criminally background checked. Before someone is hired by our company, before they get keys to a vehicle, before they can file a piece of paper or even answer a telephone, they are required to go through a pre-employment drug screening as well as a criminal background check. We do this because of the severe employee challenges in this industry. 8 out of 10 people don’t show up for a drug test, and out of the 2 that do show up, 1 out of 2 fails the drug test. It tells us that 9 out of 10 people who want to work for our company are working for our competitors, because they can’t pass our standards. Just out of curiosity, where do you think they are working?
